NOF supplies high quality polyethylene glycols (PEGs) with extremely low levels of ethylene glycol (EG) and diethylene glycol (DEG) as specific excipients for pharmaceutical industry. US Pharmacopeia (USP) and European Pharmacopeia (EP) have regulations for EG and DEG contents due to those toxicity. (USP: NMT 0.25%, EP: NMT 0.4%) NOF achieved much lower levels of EG and DEG content among conventional products. Besides, our polyethylene glycols (PEGs) exceedingly low levels of common impurities such as ethylene oxide, dioxane, peroxide and aldehyde derivatives. Those polyethylene glycols (PEGs) meet EP, USP, JP/JPE regulations. NOF officially registers these product patents in the United States of America.
